Day 1: Fly Nairobi - Samburu National Reserve
JAMBO - KARIBU!! Upon arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International airport or collected at your Hotel, Afrikan Accent Adventures representatives will warmly meet you and welcome you to Kenya. We then transfer to Wilson Airport for schedule Flight to the Samburu National reserve. (Scheduled flight departing Nairobi @ 0800hrs / 1020hrs, Arriving Samburu @ 0920hrs / 1130hrs respectively) On arrival at Samburu airstrip, met and transferred to lodge. Afternoon game viewing drive in Camp 4x4 vehicle (on shared basis).
Day 2: Samburu National Reserve
Morning and afternoon game drives, when animals are most active and in the late morning and afternoon when the light is best for photography. Return to the lodge for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Today you stay close to the Ewaso Nyiro River, where vast herds of plains game come to water, braving Lions in the grass, Leopards in the trees, and giant Crocodiles. Stars of Samburu not easily seen elsewhere are he liver-red reticulated giraffe, the long-necked Gerenuk antelopes, and the elegant Grevy's Zebra.
Day 3: Fly Samburu National Reserve - Nairobi
Morning game viewing drives in the reserve prior to breakfast. Transfer to the Airstrip for a scheduled flight to Nairobi. (Scheduled flight departing Samburu @ 1140hrs, arriving Nairobi @ 1320hrs) On arrival at Wilson Airport, met and transferred to your hotel or the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport
